IDioMM

IDioMM is a program to handle sequential processes. VTS discovered during it's work that many projects were neglecting success factors wehn those arised in the wrong sequence. It could be localisation of business that controlled the process or vice versa.

By breaking the traditional sequential chart of processes, VTS developed IDioMM where all sequences affects each other. To make this possible, entrance and exit must be clear from the start.

VTS also saw several projects that did not finish due to the lack of exit and where the projects kept on running for a long time. Through IDioMM we create a frame to lean on without binding us to a locked sequential process. We can therefore optimze the work all the way in all steps all the way to the exit.

Through a clear exit we can complete the work, follow up and create maintenance plans.
