Methodology

Depending on the area of assignment VTS work with established methods. VTS works with two own developed methods "IdIoMM and VErrMa" By using established methods, the work becoms transparent and easy to follow up. The models VTS works with are:

IDioMM                   A tool for systematic project management. Enables dynamic projects instead of sequential

VErrMa                    Error management including risk management, audits and action plans

BRM                        Bridge Resource Management, a human factor program originating from the aviation industry since the seventies and in the maritime branch since the eighties. The concept is constantly being developed.
